In accordance with section 15.4 of the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses for Westport, Connecticut, a Show Cause Hearing of the Westport Conservation Commission will be held on Thursday October 6, 2011 at 9:00 am in room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to consider a Cease & Correct Order issued to the property owner of 24 Cob Drive, Map E14 and Lot #041 for depositing fill consisting of soil without obtaining a permit.
