Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 26, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 3 Duck Pond Road: Application #WPL/E-8911-11 by Erskine Associates, LLC on behalf of David Grimes for plantings and removal of invasive species.
2. 30 Hitchcock Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8913-11 by Stuart Sachs on behalf of Charles & Puja Dhanraj for invasive plant removal and replanting.
3. 20 Half Mile Common: Application #AA,WPL/E-8914-11 by Rick Gardel on behalf of Nolan West for the construction of an addition to the garage, two new entries, and interior renovations.
4. 44 Pumpkin Hill Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8915-11 by New Art Pools on behalf of Jeffrey Speed to construct an inground swimming pool, spa, patio, fence, and mechanicals.
5. 3 Charcoal Hill Commons: Applications #AA,WPL/E-8916-11 by Jonathan Small on behalf of Laura Paschal for the installation of a generator.
