• 2018/19 collection initiatives:

1. -Two wide inventory per collection management guidelines (in 2019).
2. -WestPAC to request be reinstated as “agent/steward” of collections with BOE/Town Initial term expires June 30, 2019.
3. -Complete data entry of archived collection records and related information

• Coleytown Middle School mold issue and how it effects our WestPac collection currently over there.  

• Presentation of handbooks for site reps and for WPS Administrators/Staff

• Security issues at Staples

1. scheduling closet visits to SHS

• The calendar sales at BTS nights 

• plugging volunteer holes

• framing updates

• Site rep ideas for new year
