2. Project Updates/Status
a. P10 - Parker Harding Short Term Improvements (Compactor etc.)
b. P5 - Restore and Revitalize Elm Street (SWAP & new Elm St. Lot Update)
c. New Motion to recommend to Traffic Authority a “naming” of new Elm St. lot. (See attached concept definition)
d. M5 - Improve Wayfinding System 2.0 (Update on new contract for Board of Selectman consideration)
e. PK2 - Avery Baldwin lot co-management (latest status)
f. M1 & M2 - Improve Pedestrian Safety @ Post Rd. Crossings & Vehicular Safety thru Signal Modifications (Latest on WestCOG funding for DOT Traffic Flow/Signalization Synchronization Study)
g. G2 - Creation of a working group focused on creation of a Westport Downtown Special Services District (WDSSD)
h. P1 - Street Streetscape Improvements (Creation of expanded working group for Main Street Streetscape Improvements (Lighting, Benches, Trash/Recycling Containers/Bicycle Racks etc.)
