LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, September 11, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
- 21 Marine Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7662 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH for property owned by Andrea M. and Douglas W. Hamilton for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling and pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01073000.
- 325 Riverside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7654 by Fr. Tanya Futoryan for property owned by Davis Company for a variance for a sign above lowest point of roof, above lower sill of second floor window and for second floor wall sign, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #C07005000.
- 192 Compo Road South: ZBA Appl. #7657 by Gloria Gouveia, Land use Consultants, for property owned by James B. Destefano for a variance for coverage for a detached garage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C06110000.
- 3 Old Mill Road: ZBA Appl. #7659 by William Achilles Jr, AIA Achilles Architects for property owned by Jacqueline Richardson-Flight of the Egrets for a variance for setbacks and coverage for second floor addition, to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04054000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
