Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, August 22, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes (subject to revision):

1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public meeting of August 8, 2018.

2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the closure of the Elm Street Parking Lot and the closure of a portion of Elm Street on Saturday October 13, 2018 for the Westport Downtown Merchant’s “Westoberfest” Event contingent upon compliance with recommendations from relevant Town departments and in accordance with the Policy for Use of Town-owned Properties, Facilities and/or Roadways.

3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the use of Jesup Green and the closure of the Taylor Parking Lot on Friday, October 12, 2018 through Saturday October 13, 2018 for the Westport Library’s “Saugatuck Story Fest” Event, contingent upon compliance with recommendations from relevant Town departments and in accordance with the Policy for Use of Town-owned Properties, Facilities and/or Roadways.

4. To take such action as the meeting may determine upon the recommendation of the Operations Director to approve the Master Service Agreement between Accela, Incorporated and the Town of Westport as it relates to the purchase of land use software subscription services.]

5.  [To take such action as the meeting may determine upon the recommendation of the Operations Director to approve the Statement of Work between Zed IT Solutions and the Town of Westport as it relates to land use software project implementation, management and training services.]

6.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Commercial Access Agreement by and between the Town of Westport and Cablevision of Litchfield, Inc. (an affiliate of Altice USA) as it relates to extension of WiFi coverage at Compo Beach.

7.  To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Enterprise Software License Agreement between the Town of Westport and ArchiveSocial, Inc.
