Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, August 7, 2018 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purpose:
1.To continue review and comment on Special Permit §32-18 Application for Historic Residential Structures for the proposed exterior modifications at 320 Bayberry Lane submitted by the owners, Veronica and Richard Munoz, for property located in the Residence AAA zone.
