LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, August 7, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.25 Oak Ridge Park: ZBA Appl. #7647 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Debra Kowalsky for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling and for existing pool and garage, for setbacks for pool equipment and existing pool, patio and storage garage and for setbacks from tidal wetlands for pool and garage, to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C07033000.

3.15 Old Mill Road: ZBA Appl. #7651 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC and Peter Cadoux and Associates for property owned by Deer Lake LLC for a variance for setbacks and coverage for a new single family dwelling to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence B zone, PID #E04059000.
4.8 Marion Road: ZBA Appl. #7652 by Nadine Galderucci for property owned by Laural L. Alderucci for a variance for coverage for existing additions and driveway, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B08037000.
5.21 Marine Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7655 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH for property owned by Andrea M and Douglas W. Hamilton for a variance for coverage for a new single family dwelling and pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B01037000.
