1. 1869 Post Road East:  (The following application is continued from 7/10/18.  No testimony was taken) ZBA Appl. #7632 by Robert Pryor, P.E. for property owned by 470 Main Street for a variance for setbacks, coverage, floor area ratio, minimum parking requirements and for building area in excess of 2,500 square feet, to construct an addition for a new residential apartment, for property located in a BPD zone, PID #I09120000.


2. 15 Roosevelt Road:  (The following application is continued from 7/10/18.  Testimony was taken) ZBA Appl. #7644 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by SIR – 15 Roosvelt LLC for a new single family dwelling and a pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03020000.
