LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on July 12, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.DENIED: 26 Morningside Drive South, Appl. #18-025 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Morningside Dr. Homes, LLC for a Subdivision approval to create two (2) new building lots, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #G08017000.
2.DENIED: Amendment #746, Appl. #18-014 by Coleytown Conservation Coalition for an amendment to the Westport Zoning Regulations to remove §32-24, Small Home Developments. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
