Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, July 25, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public meeting of July 11, 2018.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Cablevision Commercial Access Agreement between the Town of Westport and Cablevision of Litchfield, Inc.
3.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Enterprise Software License Agreement between the Town of Westport and ArchiveSocial, Inc.
4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the First Amendment to the Service Agreement dated September 20, 2016 between the Town of Westport and Granicus, LLC.
5.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve a Structure Lease Agreement between the Town of Westport and New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC for Aerial and rooftop space at the Westport Fire Department Headquarters at 515 Post Road East, Westport.
6.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the First Amendment to the Sublease Agreement, dated May 9, 2013, by and between the Town of Westport and Avis Budget Car Rental, LLC, as it relates to the lease of certain office and parking areas located at the Saugatuck Train Station.
7.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Master Service Agreement between Accela, Incorporated and the Town of Westport as it relates to the purchase of land use software subscription services.
8.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Statement of Work between Zed IT Solutions and the Town of Westport as it relates to land use software project implementation, management and training services.
9.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Solar Power and Services Agreement between Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC and the Town of Westport as it relates to the installation and operation of solar photovoltaic systems at the Center for Senior Activities: 21 Imperial Avenue, Westport, CT 06880 for the purpose of providing Solar Services.
10.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Solar Power and Services Agreement between Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC and the Town of Westport as it relates to the installation and operation of three (3) solar photovoltaic systems at Staples High School: 70 North Avenue, Westport, CT 06880 for the purpose of providing Solar Services.
11.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Solar Power and Services Agreement between Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC and the Town of Westport as it relates to the installation and operation of solar photovoltaic systems at Bedford Middle School: 88 North Avenue, Westport, CT 06880 for the purpose of providing Solar Services.
12.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Solar Power and Services Agreement between Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC and the Town of Westport as it relates to the installation and operation of solar photovoltaic systems at Coleytown Elementary School: 65 Easton Rd, Westport, CT 06880 for the purpose of providing Solar Services.
13.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Solar Power and Services Agreement between Greenskies Renewable Energy, LLC and the Town of Westport as it relates to the installation and operation of solar photovoltaic systems at the Westport Library: 20 Jesup Rd, Westport, CT 06880 for the purpose of providing Solar Services.
