Comments offered at the meeting will be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals as part of its review of Application #7646.

To review and comment on Planning and Zoning Transmittal for the proposed 19-unit multi-family four story building submitted under the Affordable Housing CGS-§8-30g and associated Text Amendment #751 at 122 Wilton Road Coastal Site Plan #18-039 submitted by Garden Homes Management for property owned by First Garden Development LP located in the Residence AA zoning district.
