LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, July 24, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.1869 Post Road East: ZBA Appl. #7632 by Robert Pryor, P.E. for property owned by 470 Main Street for a variance for setbacks, coverage, floor area ratio, minimum parking requirements and for building area in excess of 2,500 square feet, to construct an addition for a new residential apartment, for property located in a BPD zone, PID #I09120000.
2.14 Coleytown Road: ZBA Appl. #7646 by Samuel E. Gardner, Architect for property owned by Temple Israel Westport, Inc for a variance for setbacks for a free standing sign and for free standing sign greater than twenty four (24) square feet, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #D16048000
3.60 Charles Street: ZBA Appl. #7648 by FWH Architect, Frederick W. Hoag for property owned by 60 Charles Street LLC, c/o Grossman Companies Inc. for a variance for a wall sign above the lowest point of the roof, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #B05089000.
4.27 Washington Avenue: Appl. #7650 by Christine Riniti for property owned by Christine Riniti for setbacks and coverage for a detached garage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D11010000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
