Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 28, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

APPROVED: 9 Owenoke Park, Appl. #18-024 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by Bluewater Owenoke LLC for a CAM Site Plan approval to reconstruct a portion of existing seawall and replace existing access stairway, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03167000.
APPROVED: 12 Bridge Street, Appl. #18-029 by Richard A. Bennett for property owned by David Mark Brown for a CAM Site Plan approval for a new single family dwelling, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C56052000.

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
