LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.27 Old Hill Farm Road: ZBA Appl. #7630 by Lilian E. Matos for property owned by Richmond and Susan Hendee for a variance for setbacks for a garage addition, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #B10065000.
2.52 Harbor Road: ZBA Appl. #7636 by James Denno for property owned by Josh Frank for a variance for setbacks and coverage to raise existing structure and for an addition to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02107000.
3.15 Roosevelt Road: ZBA Appl. #7644 by William Achilles – Achilles Architects for property owned by SIR – 15 Roosvelt LLC for a new single family dwelling and a pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03020000.
4.7 Harbor Road: ZBA Appl. #7645 by Yola Trinchi for property owned by Yola Trinchi for a variance for setbacks for playset and patio and for existing coverage, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #A02015000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
