NOTICE AND AGENDA
Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, July 17, 2018 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To review and comment on the proposed façade modifications at 69 Main Street submitted by Rick Hoag for property owned by Empire State Realty Trust Inc. Amer Rada located in the Business Center District (BCD) and the Village District Overlay (VDO) zones.
2.To review and comment on Special Permit §32-18 Application for Historic Residential Structures for the proposed exterior modifications at 320 Bayberry Lane submitted by the owners, Veronica and Richard Munoz, for property located in the Residence AAA zone.
