Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Thursday, June 28, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes (subject to revision):
1.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectmen’s public meeting of June 13, 2018 and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s meeting of June 13, 2018.
2.To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Lease Assignment as it relates to the sublease between the Town of Westport and Donut Crazy, LLC, dated September 22, 2016.
3.Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the request for a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property known as 29 East Main Street, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of June 19, 2018.
4.Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the request for a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property known as 3 Alpine Lane, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Collection System Supervisor’s letter of June 19, 2018.
