LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION 

 

Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on June 14, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:

  1. GRANTED:  500 Main Street, Appl. #18-020 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by Westport 500 Main Street Development LP for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Small Home Development for five (5) one family dwellings and two (2) two family dwellings with all nine (9) units age restricted, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D13059000. 
  2. GRANTED:  20 Saugatuck Avenue, Appl. #18-013 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by HP Saugatuck LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a daycare center, outdoor playground, with office space, for property located in a RORD #2/Residence A zone, PID #B06077000. 
  1.   3. DENIED:  1803 Post Road East:  Appl. #18-022 by New England Advanced Therapeutics, LLC for property owned by 1807 Post Road LLC, for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #I09091000. 
  4. DENIED:  1505 Post Road East, Appl. #18-009 by Acreage Connecticut, LLC c/o Eric D. Bernheim for property owned by Todd Corporation, c/o Reynold & Rowella LLP for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility and wellness center, for property located in a GBD/Res A zone, PID #H09025000.
  5. GRANTED:  1460 Post Road East, Appl. #18-021 by Bluepoint Wellness of Westport, LLC for property owned by Urstadt Biddle Properties Inc. for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility, for property located in a GBD/Res A zone, PID #H09019000. 
  6. DENIED:   345 Post Road West, Appl. #18-012 by FFD Westport LLC for property owned by 345 Post Road West LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #B07035000. 

The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
