2.Hiawatha Lane
To review and comment on the proposed multi-family housing project at Hiawatha Lane submitted by Tim Hollister for property owned by Summit Saugatuck LLC in the Residential B zoning district.
3.14 Coleytown Road
To review and comment on the proposed free-standing sign at 14 Coleytown Road submitted by Sam Gardner for property owned by Temple Israel Westport, Inc. in the Residential AAA zoning district. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals as part of its review of Application #7646.
