A field trip of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled on
Tuesday, June 19, to visit the following property:
26 Morningside Drive South: Appl. #18-025 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Morningside Dr. Homes, LLC for a Subdivision approval to create two (2) new building lots, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #G08017000.
Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
