LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Board of Selectmen, acting in its capacity as Water Pollution Control Authority, approved the following resolution at its meeting held on June 13, 2018:

RESOLVED, that the minimal use charge of $350.00 per assessed property; and

FURTHER RESOLVED, that the sewer use charge of $6.20 per hundred cubic feet, due and payable July 1, 2018, which shall be applicable to the 2016-2017 fiscal year, are hereby APPROVED.
