LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on September 12, 2011, the Administrative Review Committee of the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1. APPROVED: 190 Main Street, Appl. #11-042 by Robert Reilly for property owned by WHA Equities Corp. for a Site Plan approval for a conversion of retail to restaurant for Luxe Modern Wine & Cocktails, A Wine Bar and a request for joint parking, in an RBD zone, PID #C10129000.
The above items were approved/granted with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue.
