1. Approve Minutes of April 5th Meeting
2. Brief Review of 5yr. Capital Plan for “Downtown” Projects
3. Project Updates/Status
a. W3 - Replace Existing Culverts and Pipes (Briefing on findings/recommendations of two hydrologic/flood studies of Dead Man’s Brook and Downtown drainage.)
b. P10 - Parker Harding Short Term Improvements (Compactor etc.)
c. P5 - Restore and Revitalize Elm Street (SWAP & new Elm St. Lot Update) Motion to recommend to Traffic Authority a “naming” of new Elm St. lot.
d. M5 - Improve Wayfinding System 2.0 (Update on new proposal for Board of Selectman consideration)
e. PK2 - Avery Baldwin lot co-management (latest status)
f. M1 & M2 - Improve Pedestrian Safety @ Post Rd. Crossings & Vehicular Safety thru Signal Modifications (Latest on WestCOG Main
g. P1 - Street Streetscape Improvements (Creation of expanded working group for Main Street Streetscape Improvements (Lighting, Benches, Trash/Recycling Containers/Bicycle Racks etc.)
h. G2 - Creation of a working group focused on creation of a Westport Downtown Special Services District (WDSSD)
