LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING
The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, June 12, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:
1.4 Manitou Road: ZBA Appl. #7627 by Andy Soumelidis/LANDTECH for property owned by Bonnie and John Edelman for a variance for setbacks for an addition to existing structure, patios and A/C units, for property located in a Residence AAA zone, PID #C05041000
2.39 Burnham Hill: ZBA Appl. #7637 by Gloria Gouveia, Land Use Consultants for property owned by Wendy B, and Michael B. Doyle for a variance for coverage for spa tub for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #D05029000.
3.119 Riverside Avenue: ZBA Appl. #7638 by John Hilts for property owned by Chiara Rudzin for a variance for coverage for a dock landing and stairs, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #C08042000.
4.12 Wilton Road: ZBA Appl. #7639 by Lucien Vita/Vita Design Group for property owned by NATHALL 1220W LLC, for a variance for sign above lowest point of roof and greater than six (6) square feet for second floor occupancy, for property located in the GBD zone, PIC #C09112000.
At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
