Notice is hereby given that the Joint Committee of the Historic District Commission and the Architectural Review Board will hold a meeting on Tuesday, June 5, 2018 in Town Hall, Room 309 at 7:00 p.m. for the following purposes:
1.To review and comment on proposed façade renovation of units 4, 5, 5A, 6 and 6A at Sconset Square Myrtle Avenue submitted by Rick Hoag for property owned by RW 15 Myrtle, LLC located in the Restricted Office-Retail District (RORD #2) and Village District Overlay (VDO) zones.
2.*To review and comment on proposed façade signage at 59 Post Road East (Tenant space address 34 Elm Street) submitted by David Waldman for property owned by Bedford Square Associates, LLC c/o David Adam Realty located in the Business Center District/Historic (BCD/H) and the Village District Overlay (VDO) zones.
3.*To review and comment on proposed façade renovation at 66 Post Road East submitted by Rick Hoag for property owned by 54-68 Post Road East Associates, LLC located in the Business Center District/Historic (BCD/H) and the Village District Overlay (VDO) zones.
