NOTICE / AGENDA
1.Continue dialogue on alternative methods to designate off-site affordable housing in an effort to make recommendations to the Planning and Zoning Commission who may then provide guidance to developers looking to utilize the provisions found in §24-15B, Affordability Requirement and Plan in the General Business District-Residential (GBD/R), and §39A-18.4.1, Affordability Requirements and Plan in the Inclusionary Housing Overlay District (IHZ).
Members of the public are invited to attend. Comments from the public will be limited and received at the end of the meeting if time permits, and after being recognized by the Subcommittee Chairman.
