Fallon, Esq. for a CAM Site Plan application for 81 multi family dwelling units pursuant to CGS 8-30g, for property located in a RORD #1/Residence A zone, PID #C09072000, #C09073000, #C09074000, #C09075000, #C09078000, #C09081000.
Members should park in the parking lot on site, 57-59 Post Road West
Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
