LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of September 5, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.

1. 21 Burritts Landing South: Application #WPL/E-8895-11 by Daniel Conlon on behalf of Christian Trefz to construct a detached garage, patio, driveway and associated drainage.
2. 40 Guyer Road: Application # AA,WPL/E-8902-11 by Yang Wang & Jin Feng for a new single family residence with driveway, drainage appurtenances connected to sewer.
3. 14 Jennings Court: Application # AA,WPL/E-8903-11 by Sabin Builders LLC on behalf of Michael Alpert & Ariana Napier for a new single family residence, new driveway, new septic system, and drainage improvements.

The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
