LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 17, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:
1.GRANTED: 60 Compo Beach Road, Appl. #18-019 by Jennifer A. Fava for property owned by Town of Westport for a CAM Site Plan and Special Permit for installation of pedestrian walkway along south beach and restroom facility, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03164000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
