2. Review of revisions discussed in this subcommittee
a. Revision to Section 6
i. Equation to calculate coverage relief: Issues to resolve
1. Lot size cut-off point for relief
2. Base footprint allowance or not
3. Impact to Residence B zone
b. New AB Zoning District
c. Height issues: New proposal – Revision to Cupola definition
3. Determine which of these to send to Planning and Zoning for a Sense of the Meeting determiniation
4. Discuss next steps
All interested members of the public are invited to attend, but no public comment will be taken at this meeting.
