The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be further continued to June 7, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.


1. 500 Main Street:  Appl. #18-020 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by Westport 500 Main Street Development LP for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Small Home Development for five (5) one family dwellings and two (2) two family dwellings with all nine (9) units age restricted, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D13059000. 


2. 20 Saugatuck Avenue:  Appl. #18-013 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by HP Saugatuck LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a daycare center, outdoor playground, with office and retail space, for property located in a RORD #2/Residence A zone, PID #B06077000.  


3. 345 Post Road West:  Appl. #18-012 by FFD Westport LLC for property owned by 345 Post Road West LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #B07035000.
