To review and comment on the conversion of a portion of retail space to the lower
level of a proposed residential unit and the construction of a second floor shed dormer to house two additional bedrooms for this residential unit at 1869 Post Road East. The revised application was submitted by Robert Pryor for property owned by 470 Main Street, LLC - Gerald Bernaccia in the BPD zoning district. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered by the Zoning Board of Appeals as part of its review of Application #7632.

To review and comment on request for replacement freestanding signage at 55 Post Road West. The application was submitted by Michael Terranova for property owned by Homeclear PRW c/o Felner Corporation in the GBD zoning district.
