LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on May 3, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. GRANTED:  10 Rustic Lane, Appl. #18-010 by David A. Perdue and Danielle Perdue for property owned by David A. and Danielle Perdue for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #H07020000.  
2. GRANTED:  1141 Post Road East, Appl. #18-007 by LCB Senior Living for property owned by 1141 Post Rd E, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to construct a 96-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care facility, for property located in a GBD/Res A/IHZ zone, PID #G09028000.  
3. GRANTED:  36 Elm Street and Elm Street Parking Lot, Appl. #17-066 by the Town of Westport for property owned by Old Hill Elm LLC/Polaris Elm LLC and Town of Westport respectively, for a CAM Site Plan and Special Permit approval to expand and reconfigure the parking lot, for property located in the Village District Overlay, (VDO), Business Center Retail/Residential zone (BCR/R) and Business Center District (BCD), respectively, PID #C10145000 and PID #C10146000 for the parking lot.  


The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
