LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, May 22, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 22 Treadwell Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7626 by Mark E. Donnelly Architect for property owned by Mayo T. and Karin B. Smith for a variance for setbacks for basement access, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B06019000.


2. 31 West Parish Road:  ZBA Appl. #7628 by Christopher Russello for property owned by Christopher Russello for a variance for setbacks for a second floor addition over existing structure, for existing playset in the setbacks and existing driveway over coverage, for property located in a Residence AA zone, PID #F08039000.


3. 15 Norwalk Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7633 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by Albion and Brenda Fitzgerald for a variance for coverage for a new FEMA compliant, single family dwelling and new driveway for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03148000.


4. 4 Hunting Lane:  ZBA Appl. #7608 by Gary and Lisa Givens for property owned by Gary and Lisa Givens for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition to existing house, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #I09059000


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
