Tuesday, May 15, to visit the following property:
1.8:30 a.m. 20 Saugatuck Avenue: Appl. #18-013 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by HP Saugatuck LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a daycare center, outdoor playground, with office and retail space, for property located in a RORD #2/Residence A zone, PID #B06077000.
Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
