LEGAL NOTICE
Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, September 22, 2011, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following:
1. Amendment #640: Appl. #11-044 by Stuart McCarthy, Director Parks & Recreation for an amendment to the Westport Zoning Regulations to add §11-2.1.7, (Principal Uses), Temporary Lighted athletic fields on town owned public school property subject to Site Plan approval by the Planning & Zoning Commission pursuant to the provisions of §32-19A as applicable; §11-2.3.14, (Special Permit Uses Subject to Special Conditions), to add the word “permanent”; §11-5, (Height), to add the words “permanent and temporary”; §11-6, (Coverage), to add the words “temporary light poles for lighted athletic fields on town owned public school property as defined in §11-2.4.8 shall be exempt from coverage”; §12-5, (Height), to add the words “permanent and temporary”; §12-6, (Coverage), to add the words “temporary light poles for lighted athletic fields on town owned public school property as defined in §11-2.4.8 shall be exempt from coverage”; §13-5, (Height), to add the words “permanent and temporary”; §13-6, (Coverage), to add the words “temporary light poles for lighted athletic fields on town owned public school property as defined in §11-2.4.8 shall be exempt from coverage”; §32-19, to add the word “Permanent” to (Lighted Athletic Fields on town Owned Public School Property); §32-19, (Purpose), to add the word “permanent”; §32-19.4(i), to add the word “permanent”; §32-19.4 (j), to add the word “permanent”; §32-19.4(k), to add “except if specifically approved by the Planning & Zoning Commission as temporary athletic field lighting pursuant to §32-19A; to add §32-19A, (Temporary Athletic Field Lighting for Practice on Town Owned Public School Property); to add §32-19A, (Purpose), to add §32-19A.1 (Application Requirements), to add §32-19A.2, (Considerations), to add §32-19A.3, (Commission Action), to add §32-19A.4 (Conditions of Approval).
2. 170 Riverside Avenue: Appl. # 11-045 by Stuart McCarthy, Director Parks and Recreation for property owned by the Town of Westport, for a Site Plan approval to allow temporary lighting at the Doubleday Athletic Field complex, in a Res A zone, PID #C08032000.
3. 117 Harbor Road: Appl. #11-040 by Barr Associates, LLC for property owned by William Cohen for a CAM Site Plan approval for house renovations for existing single family residence in a Res A zone, PID #B02144000.
4. 2 Burnham Hill: 8-24 Request by the First Selectman for a report from the Planning and Zoning Commission regarding an equal area property exchange for the purpose of sightline improvement and sidewalk widening located at 2 Burnham Hill, PID # E05037000, Res AA zone.

At this meeting interested persons may be heard and written communications received. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 3:00 P.M. and Tuesday and Thursday 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
