LEGAL NOTICE

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.

  1. 60 Compo Beach Road:  Appl. #18-019 by Jennifer A. Fava for property owned by Town of Westport for a CAM Site Plan and Special Permit for installation of pedestrian walkway along south beach and restroom facility, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03164000.
  2. Amendment 745:  Appl. #18-003 by Coalition for Westport, c/o Lawrence Weisman for an amendment to the Westport Zoning Regulations to modify §5, §23, §24, §29, §29A to allow flexible zoning criteria for Theaters and Assembly Halls in commercial districts. A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.
  3. 20 Saugatuck Avenue:  Appl. #18-013 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by HP Saugatuck LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a daycare center, outdoor playground, with office and retail space, for property located in a RORD #2/Residence A zone, PID #B06077000.
  4. 500 Main Street:  Appl. #18-020 by Mel Barr, Barr Associates LLC for property owned by Westport 500 Main Street Development LP for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a Small Home Development for five (5) one family dwellings and two (2) two family dwellings with all nine (9) units age restricted, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D13059000.

Comments from the public will be received during the Public Hearing. The file may be examined in the Planning and Zoning Office, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday - Friday, 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M.
