Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 17, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
- 60 Compo Beach Road: Appl. #18-019 by Jennifer A. Fava for property owned by Town of Westport for a CAM Site Plan and Special Permit for installation of pedestrian walkway along south beach and restroom facility, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03164000.
- Amendment 745: Appl. #18-003 by Coalition for Westport, c/o Lawrence Weisman for an amendment to the Westport Zoning Regulations to modify §5, §23, §24, §29, §29A to allow flexible zoning criteria for Theaters and Assembly Halls in commercial districts.
