LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISIONS

At a hearing of the Westport Zoning Board of Appeals held on Tuesday, April 24, 2018 the following action was taken

  1.   1. GRANTED:  5 Indian Hill Road, ZBA Appl. #7619 by D. Peters Designs, LLC for property owned by Michael Gannon for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition to existing structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B06064000.

  1. GRANTED WITH CONDITION:  12 Norwalk Avenue, ZBA Appl. #7622 by Patricia M. Miller for property owned by Sabino Rodriguez for a variance for setbacks and height for and addition to existing structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03136000.
