LEGAL NOTICE OF DECISION  
  
Notice is hereby given that at a meeting held on April 19, 2018, the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission took the following action:


1. GRANTED:  54 Wilton Road, Appl. #18-002 by William J. Fitzpatrick, III for property owned by STC Green LLC for a Special Permit and Coastal Site Plan approval for new building construction to accommodate sixteen dwelling units and parking lot improvements, for property located in a General Business District/Residential, PID #C10073000. 


2. GRANTED:  25 Manitou Road, Appl. #18-004 by Bryan Nesteriak, B&B Engineering for property owned by Bret and Britt Sheiber for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #C05026000.
The above items were granted/approved/denied with conditions, which are on file with the Planning and Zoning Office in Town Hall at 110 Myrtle Avenue
