Notice is hereby given that the following applications were APPROVED by the Conservation Department during the week of August 29, 2011 pursuant to the Regulations for the Protection and Preservation of Wetlands and Watercourses, the Inland Wetlands and Watercourses Act and/or the Waterway Protection Line Ordinance.
1. 26 Rayfield Road: Application #AA-8898-11 by SIR-26 Rayfield LLC for a new single family residence with a covered front porch, rear patio, driveway, drainage and sewer connection.
2. 28 Rayfield Road: Application #AA,WPL/E-8899-11 by SIR-28 Rayfield LLC to demolish an existing and build a new single family residence with a covered porch, rear patio, driveway and drainage.
3. 7 Half Mile Common: Application #AA,WPL/E-8900-11 by A. PieKarski on behalf of John Moranski, Trustee for a new single family residence, driveway, septic and drainage improvements.
The above items may have been approved with conditions, modifications or restrictions. Applications, plans, and decisions may be examined in the Conservation Department, Room 205, Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. excluding holidays.
