BOARD OF FINANCE
NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING
The Board of Finance will hold its Public Meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 8:00 p.m. in the Auditorium of Town Hall for the following purposes:
AGENDA
1. The Board will consider any requests for restoration of sums removed from the Budget by the Board at its April 18, 2018, Budget Hearing.
2. To approve the revised Town General Fund budget reducing debt payments by $210,833.00
3. To approve the revised Railroad Parking Fund budget increasing debt payments by $210,833.00
4. The Board will approve the “BOF Recommended Budget for Fiscal Year 2018-2019” as follows:
a. Vote on BOE as presented
b. General Fund
c. Railroad Parking Budget
Note: The practice for upcoming BOF regular meetings will be to close the meetings at 10:00 PM. Motions to extend individual meetings can be heard.
