The Public Hearing of the Planning and Zoning Commission on the items below will be further continued to April 26, 2018 at 7:00 P.M.


1. Amendment #747:  Appl. #18-016 by SS Westport LLC, CS Westport LLC, JSPVIL LLC, Shoreline Alternative Care LLC for an amendment to the Westport Zoning Regulations to amend the Public Building definition in Sec. 5-2 as it relates to Sec 32-25, Medical Marijuana Dispensaries.  A copy of the proposed amendment is on file in the Westport Town Clerk’s Office and is on file in the Westport Planning and Zoning Office.

3. 1803 Post Road East:  Appl. #18-022 by New England Advanced Therapeutics, LLC for property owned by 1807 Post Road LLC, for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for a medical marijuana Dispensary Facility, for property located in a GBD zone, PID #I09091000.
