Notice is hereby given that the Westport Board of Selectmen, Traffic Authority and Water Pollution Control Authority will hold a public meeting on Wednesday, April 25, 2018 at 9:00 a.m. in Room 307/309 of the Westport Town Hall for the following purposes:


1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the minutes of the Board of Selectman’s Public meeting of March 28, 2018 and the Water Pollution Control Authority’s Public meeting of March 28, 2018.


2. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request to use various Town-owned properties and roadways from Friday, July 13, 2018 (set up) through Sunday, July 15, 2018 (breakdown) for the Downtown Merchants Association Annual Fine Arts Festival, contingent upon compliance with comments from various Town Departments and in accordance with Procedures for Use of Town Property, Facilities and Public Roadways. 


3. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Purchase and Sales Agreement by and between the Town of Westport and David Adam Realty, Inc. as it relates to the sale of Town owned property known as 136 Riverside Avenue.


4. To take such action as the meeting may determine to accept the anonymous donation in the amount of $200,000 to the Westport Police Department, and further, to recommend its acceptance by the Representative Town Meeting, in accordance with the Police for Gifts to the Town.


5. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Service Fee Agreement between Marsh and McLennon Agency, LLC and the Town of Westport and the Westport Board of Education as it relates to insurance brokerage services. 


6. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Service Fee Agreement between the National Executive Service Corps (NESC) and the Town of Westport and the Westport Board of Education as it relates to operations and management consulting services.


7. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the Service Agreement between the Town of Westport and enCodePlus, LLC for codifying and hosting the town’s Zoning and Subdivision Regulations.


8. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the First Amendment to the Food and Beverage Concession and Leases of the Halfway House and Pavilion at Longshore Club Park between the Town of Westport and Joseph C. Romeo, dated July 20, 2012.


9. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the First Amendment to the Food and Beverage Concession and Lease of the Pavilion at Compo Beach between the Town of Westport and Joseph C. Romeo d/b/a Joey’s by the Shore, dated July 20, 2012.


10. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the proposed fees for permitted events on Parks & Recreation facilities as recommended by the Parks & Recreation Commission. 
11. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve the request for a waiver of the Driveway Ordinance, Section 5-340, Construction Standards, paragraph (d) – Grade, as it relates to the driveway entrances to the town property known as the Elm Street Parking Lot. 


12. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve award of Bid No 18-917T in the amount of $1,965,440.50 to Mark IV Construction as it relates to the construction for Sanitary Sewer Contract No. 71.


13. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to approve the Final Benefit Assessments to be levied for the construction or acquisition of a sewer system affecting properties located in all or part of the following areas: Joanne Circle, Acorn Lane, Clover Road (Contract #66).


14. Acting in its capacity as the Water Pollution Control Authority, to take such action as the meeting may determine, to approve the request for a supplemental sanitary sewer connection at property known as 26 Morningside Drive, contingent upon compliance with the WPCA Coordinator’s letter of March 21, 2018. (postponed from March 28, 2018)
