Notice is hereby given that the Westport Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on Thursday, May 3, 2018, at 7:00 P.M. in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to hear the following.
- 36 Elm Street and Elm Street Parking Lot: Appl. #17-066 by the Town of Westport for property owned by Old Hill Elm LLC/Polaris Elm LLC and Town of Westport respectively, for a CAM Site Plan and Special Permit approval to expand and reconfigure the parking lot, for property located in the Village District Overlay, (VDO), Business Center Retail/Residential zone (BCR/R) and Business Center District (BCD), respectively, PID #C10145000 and PID #C10146000 for the parking lot.
- 492 Main Street: Appl. #17-064 by Peter Romano/LANDTECH for property owned by 492 Holding Company LLC for a Re-Subdivision approval to create one new lot for a total of two lots, for property located in a Residential A zone, PID #D13062000
- 3 Gray’s Farm Road: Appl. #18-017 by Alan Broadbent, PLA for property owned by Children’s Millennium Trust for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval for excavation and fill, for property located in a Residential AAA zone, PID #E18010000.
