A field trip of the Planning and Zoning Commission is scheduled on
Tuesday, April 24, to visit the following property:
1.8:30 a.m. 1141 Post Road East: Appl. #18-007 by LCB Senior Living for property owned by 1141 Post Rd E, LLC for a Special Permit and Site Plan approval to construct a 96-unit Assisted Living and Memory Care residence, for property located in a GBD/Res A/IHZ zone, PID #G09028000.
Staff recommends Planning and Zoning Commission members wear proper footwear
to walk on uneven terrain that may be encountered at any site
