LEGAL NOTICE OF HEARING


The Zoning Board of Appeals of Westport will hold a Public Hearing in Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue on Tuesday, April 24§29, 2018, at 7:30 p.m. in Town Hall to hear the following applications seeking relief from the Westport Zoning Regulations:


1. 5 Indian Hill Road:  ZBA Appl. #7619 by D. Peters Designs, LLC for property owned by Michael Gannon for a variance for setbacks and coverage for an addition to existing structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B06064000.


2. 12 Norwalk Avenue:  ZBA Appl. #7622 by Patricia M. Miller for property owned by Sabino Rodriguez for a variance for setbacks and height for and addition to existing structure, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #D03136000.


3. 111 Harbor Road:  ZBA Appl. #7624 by Don Fairbanks for property owned by Rick and Karen Leever for a variance for coverage, setbacks and setbacks from tidal wetlands for a new single family dwelling and pool, for property located in a Residence A zone, PID #B02142000.


4. 36 Elm Street, Elm Street Parking Lot:  ZBA Appl. #7631 by William J. Fitzpatrick, III for properties owned by Old Hill Elm LLC/Polaris Elm LLC and Town of Westport respectively, for a variance for maximum grade for parking lot stalls and aisles and maximum grade for interior parking lot driveway, for incorporation of property at 36 Elm Street into existing Elm Street Parking Lot, to be consistent with the Coastal Area Management Act, for property located in a Village District Overlay, (VDO), Business Center Retail/Residential zone (BCR/R) and Business Center District (BCD), respectively, PID #C10145000 and PID #C10146000 for the parking lot.


At this Hearing interested persons may be heard and written communications received for all applications. These applications may be seen and examined in the office of the Zoning Board of Appeals, Room 203, Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue, Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 4:30 pm.
