WESTPORT HISTORIC DISTRICT COMMISSION

**REVISED (2 ) LEGAL NOTICE AND AGENDA

Notice is hereby given that the Westport Historic District Commission will hold a public hearing at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 10, 2018, in Town Hall Room 201/201A for the following purposes:

PUBLIC HEARING

  1. To hear the Chair’s report and update on current HDC activities.

  1. To approve the minutes of the March 13, 2018 meeting.


  1. To review and comment to the Parks and Recreation Department and the Parks and Recreation Commission on improvements to Compo South Beach (60 Compo Beach Road).


  1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to approve modifications to an approved Certificate of Appropriateness Application dated September 26, 2017 at 53 Kings Highway North located in the Kings Highway North Historic District.


  1. To consider a request to expand the Kings Highway North Historic District.


  1. **To review and comment on Planning and Zoning Transmittal concerning Cross Street, LLC’s  proposal to construct an 81 unit multi-family residential development at property located at 57-59 Post Road West, 63-65-68-69-73 Post Road West, 79 Post Road West, 85 Post Road West, 1 Lincoln Street, 19-21 Lincoln Street, and 37 Lincoln Street. (19 Lincoln Street, 37 Lincoln Street and 57 Post Road West are identified on the Historic Resources Inventory).  This item is rescheduled on the HDC May 8, 2018 meeting agenda.


  1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 28 Park Lane and require the full 180-day delay.

  1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 34 Bauer Place and require the full 180-day delay.

  1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 10 West Branch Road and require the full 180-day delay.

  1. To take such action as the meeting may determine to oppose the issuance of the demolition permit at 3 Mayfair Lane and require the full 180-day delay.
