1. 60 Compo Road South
To review and comment on improvements to Compo South Beach at 60 Compo Beach Road submitted by Jennifer Fava, Parks and Recreation Director for the Town of Westport on behalf of the Parks and Recreation Department and the Parks and Recreation Commission.  The improvements include the construction of a restroom building which will house three (3) unisex, ADA compliant restrooms and a storage room.  Additionally, there will be an exterior shower, water fountain and water bottle filler.  The building will be on grade and will be dry-proofed meeting FEMA requirements.  Comments offered at the meeting will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission as part of their review of Special Permit/Coastal Site Plan Application #18-019.


2. *57-59 Post Road West, 63-65-67-69-73 Post Road West, 79 Post  Road West, 85 Post Road West, 1 Lincoln Street, 19-21 Lincoln Street, and 37 Lincoln Street
To review and comment on Planning and Zoning Transmittal on proposed construction of an 81 unit multi-family residential development at property located at 57-59 Post Road West, 63-65-67-69-73 Post Road West, 79 Post Road West, 85 Post Road West, 1 Lincoln Street, 19-21 Lincoln Street, and 37 Lincoln Street.  The development will consist of 27 one bedroom and 54 two bedrooms units and is an Affordable Housing Development pursuant to CGS Section 8-30g.  The application was submitted by John F. Fallon, Esq. for property owned by Cross Street, LLC in the RORD #1, Res. A zoning district. Comments offered at the meeting will be considered by the Planning and Zoning Commission as part of their review of Site Plan Application #18-011.  This item is rescheduled on the ARB April 24, 2018 meeting agenda.
