LEGAL NOTICE OF SPECIAL MEETING AND AGENDA
WESTPORT SHELLFISH COMMISSION
SEPTEMBER 6, 2011
Notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Westport Shellfish Commission is scheduled for 6:15 p.m. on Tuesday, September 6, 2011 in Room 309 of the Westport Town Hall, 110 Myrtle Avenue to take such action as the meeting may determine regarding the following:
1. Approval of July 12, 2011 meeting minutes.
2. Treasurer’s Report
3. Police Report
4. Recreational Shellfish Report
5. New Business
a. 84 Harbor Road: Request by Coastline Consulting & Development LLC on behalf of Crescienzo Bocconfuso to determine potential shellfish impacts from construction of a 4’ wide by 72.5’ long fixed pier with a 4’ wide by 36’ long ramp and a 10’ by 16’ floating dock.
b. Discussion of a possible fall transplant into the recreational area of Cockenoe Flats.
